Maxim Moda guarantees the quality of each delivered article and stands in for a good service.  With this we point out some clear agreements , that are specified in these general conditions.  Through your order, you will have to agree and aknowledge with the general conditions agreement. 

Order

You can order your articles by adding them to  "cart" on our website www.maximmoda.com. 

After receiving the articles you have 14 days viewing time, during this period you can decide if you would like to keep or send back the articles to Maxim Moda.
Because the contentment of our customers is important for us, we do our best to help you with the exchanging.  You can send back unused articles 14 days after receival in the original packing.  Hygiene stamps may not be removed.  You can send back delivered articles via a DHL service point.  The closest DHL service point can be found under page "Returns"  of our website www.maximmoda.com. 

The shipping fees (as well possible expenses for shipping with home payment option) remain for your account , unless your order is not correct due to an error of Maxim Moda. 

Realization agreement

At the end of the view term of 14 days the purchase will become binding and you owe the purchase sum (including the shipping costs) this payment is for the articles bought from Maxim Moda.  Maxim Moda reserve the right in individual cases to refuse an order (for instance in the case that during an earlier order you have failled too pay Maxim Moda for delivered articles).  Maxim Moda will motivate a such decision, when you request this in writing.  Each order is verified by Maxim Moda, after which Maxim Moda decides if the goods can be delivered or not.  Maxim Moda uses its own database or uses the sources of an recognized information desk.  Articles are only sent after receiving complete payment, payment takes place at the moment that you place an order meaning in advance. We only deliver with cash payments at the residence in particular circumstances. Door payment are overaal not accepted, you can choose to pay by using one of our methods.

Availability, shipping costs and delivery

In the case that an article is not available , Maxim Moda propose you a replacing article of equal or better quality, before the same or a lower price.  If this replacing article does not satisfy you, you can send back the article.  In this case contact Maxim Moda by phone (31) (0) 20- 7740374.  Also here we apply the viewing time of 14 days. 

The delivery costs hangs off of your order (weight) per time. Even when your order is delivered in several times the shipping fare will remain the same. This is only applicable when one our more products are not in supply and must be delivered in a later period.  For the delivery when the payment takes place at your residence Maxim Moda charges an extra extra sum of € 5.00. 
Maxim Moda handles a delivery time of 7 working days after receival of your orders.  Maxim Moda will make an effort to realize before mentioned deliveries term, but this cannot be guaranteed.  All ordered articles will be delivered, as long as the supply extends.

Maxim Moda is not responsible for mistakes that you have made by the filling in of the existing order fields. 

Payment
Paying with iDEAL

With iDEAL you can make your payments to Maxim Moda in a trusted, safe and secure enviroment. iDEAL is  a payment system that connects you directly to the payment enviroment of your own bank at the moment that you wish to purchase something online. In order to be able to use iDEAL you don't have to register, download files or create an payment account. The payment takes place directly after been confirmed by you. iDEAL is one of the most common payment methods within The Netherlands. The use of iDEAL is only possible when you use the following banks: Fortis, ING, SNS, Rabo bank or ABN AMRO.

Payments using Paypal
Easy and safe using the payment method of PayPal. In order to use the bank transfer options you will need to create an account at PayPal,after this account has been confirmed you can easy login at any time. It is not obligated to create an acountm, you can also choose for a payment using your credit card. Online you will find step by step instructions on how to proceed the payment and which options are there available for you.

Payments by credit card
All our credit card payments are prossed online trough PayPal, you can easily follow the given steps online.

On each order you must be able to provide your credit card number, the cryptogram ( the last 3 digits on the back side of your card) and a valid expiry date. All amounts are debited directly to Maxim Moda. The costs of each transaction you can find at your credit card provider, this costs are not determined by Maxim Moda.  

Payment by bank transfer
You can also choose to transfer the amount directly to our bank account. Our bank details will be shown at the moment that you finalize your purchase.

Not paying on time:

After placing your order you will need to confirm your payment and we will need to receive your payment within 5 working days. In case we don't receive your payment on time your order will be cancelled. You can still have the goods shipped to you if you send an email with the bank transfer details or by contacting our office:

We only shipp the products after the payment has been received. In case of returns your payments will always be refunded.

Liability

Maxim Moda is not responsible for indirect damage, consequence damage (below which among lost profit, immaterial damage and pure rich damage) and damage to third party.  The preceding suffers in exception in case of intention or with that equals to a malfunction of Maxim Moda.

Your details are used at the time of purchase, database, newsletters in case you have selected this option. Never will your details be given to third parties. Maxim Moda is not responsible for errors that may occur during mailings or catalog orders.

Information and catalogs

Maxim Moda reserves the right to change the information on the website and catalogs without further notification to her clienst, in case of price changes this will be visible at the time of purchase. The prices presented online are the prices due by the clients, please hold in count that an error can be made in mailings or printing the catalog, therefore Maxim Moda will inform the client on time giving the option to purchase the order or cancel it. Never can Maxim Moda be held responsible for errors in catalog and website and damages led by it.

Dutch Law

Maxim Moda in based in the Netherlands, in case of disputs all cases will be handeled in the Netherlands and the Dutch law is applied to all terms and conditions.
